Phase I (Agent / Student)
Agent / Student should send scanned copies of the following to Edu Edge′s email ID: admission@eduedge.ca

Phase VII (Agent / Student)
Phase VIII (Edu Edge) Provided that Edu Edge has received a notice to arrange for airport pickup two weeks prior to arrival in Canada, Edu Edge will arrange for the pickup and drop the students at their destination. If the Agent or the Student fail to provide two weeks advance notice, pickup cannot be arranged.
Phase IX (Refund Process) In case student's visa application is rejected, student has to submit a refund request in writing to the Lester B Pearson School Board. The Institution will review the request and process refund subject to the following conditions:
- Completed and signed application to study in Lester B. Pearson School Board
- Signed Lester B. Pearson School Board refund and cancellation policy for International studies
- Photocopies of Certificate/Diploma/Degree of the highest level of education achieved (documents should be in English or translated to English)
- Photocopy of the proof of English proficiency (valid IELTS)
- Photocopy of the transcripts (documents should be in English or translated to English)
- Documents supporting work experience, if any
- Photocopy of the passport's bio-data page (passport should be valid)
- Edu Edge will review the application and supporting documents. If the applicant is accepted, the Edu Edge or the institution (Lester B Pearson School Board) will email the applicant's pre-admission letter along with necessary information.
- If the applicant is not accepted, an email will be sent to the Agent / Student notifying the rejection.

Phase IV (Edu Edge)
Upon receiving the first semester tuition fee the company or Institution will send an email to the agent with the following:

- Letter of Acceptance
- Fee receipt indicating the amount received
- Fill the Quebec Acceptance Application (CAQ) form. The student can seek Edu Edge's or Agent's help in accurately filling out the application. Edu Edge does not charge processing fee.
- Fill the payment form and pay $107.00(Canadian Dollars, One Hundred and Seven Only) processing fee to Ministre des Finances du Québec using credit card.
- Enclose documents as per the CAQ checklist
- Post the package to Edu Edge Inc office (Suite 501, 164 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, L4Y 2W9)
- Will verify the CAQ file
- Forward it to Quebec Immigration office
- Upon receiving the CAQ result we will forward it to the Student / Agent (based on from where it was received).
Phase VII (Agent / Student)
- Student is ready to apply for visa. Edu Edge / Agent can guide the student with the visa process.
- The Agent must provide Edu Edge with a list of students whose application for visa was approved and rejected.
- The Agent / Student should inform Edu Edgeof their arrival date. The Agent / Student must also inform the Edu Edge) if airport pickup is required, two weeks in advance with all the flight details. A service charge of $75 is applicable for arranging pickup from the nearest airport to the destination which is not more than 70 KM.
Phase VIII (Edu Edge) Provided that Edu Edge has received a notice to arrange for airport pickup two weeks prior to arrival in Canada, Edu Edge will arrange for the pickup and drop the students at their destination. If the Agent or the Student fail to provide two weeks advance notice, pickup cannot be arranged.
Phase IX (Refund Process) In case student's visa application is rejected, student has to submit a refund request in writing to the Lester B Pearson School Board. The Institution will review the request and process refund subject to the following conditions:
- The student must present their original passport to the Agent with the original refusal letter from the Canadian Consulate/ Canadian Embassy.
- The Agent will peruse the entire passport and the rejection letter to ensure student has a legitimate claim for a refund.
- The Agent will then make copies of all the pages of the passport along with the rejection letter from the Canadian Consulate.
- The Agent will collect the original Letter of Acceptance, and Receipt and forward all the documents to in step 1c and 1d to Edu Edge.
- Once all the required documents are received, Edu Edge or Lester B Pearson School Boardwill process the refund within 30 days.
- The Agents must ask the student to present their original passport to them with proof(s) to support their claim.
- The Agent will peruse the passport to ensure that the student has a legitimate claim for a refund.
- The Agent will then make copies of all the pages of the passport.
- The Agent will collect the original Letter of Acceptance and Fee Receipt and forward all the documents in step 2c and 2d to Edu Edge.
